Cannot say enough about how great Dr. Hatch and his team are. We've (my wife and I) have been going to Dr. Hatch for 20 years now, and for the past 6 years we have traveled from Anaheim Hills to San Diego because he is so awesome. That's a 180 mile round trip which both of us make because he's the best.

Friendly and very professional. Hygienist has many years of experience and handles the cleaning with a smooth and practiced hand. Both dentists I've had, are caring and very detailed in describing what they were doing and what needed to be done in the future.In the most recent visit, it was discovered my molar had stress cracks from an old filling that had failed and I needed a crown. I was provided a written quote, which explained all charges and what my insurance covered. Clear photos were taken to illustrate the damage. While not welcome news, I was confident the work was needed and the cost was clear.

Diana is a rock star! She is the best hygienist that my teeth have ever met. Truly she is the Queen of (dental) Clean! I thoroughly enjoyed our pleasant conversation and her deep cleaning of my teeth. As a mom of young kids, I'm used to taking care of everything for everyone but this morning I felt like I was well taken care of by very nice and professional people. Thanks, Scripps Rock Dental. Rarely do you go to the dentist and have a great experience, but that was the case with my first two visits to Scripps Rock Dental. Dr. Hatch was engaging, very clear with his diagnosis, and put together a treatment plan that made sense and was affordable. Monica might be one of the best in the business as his assistant. Even getting a new crown was more pleasant than I anticipated. Will continue the plan. Bill

Thank you Dr. Hatch and the team. I had an emergency before my trip. Dr. Hatch was kind enough to fit me in his schedule. As usual, he masterfully addressed the issue and I was able to go on my trip. I highly recommend Dr. Hatch for any dental work you'll ever need. All it takes is one experience to make you a lifelong, repeat customer.I have been a repeat customer for over 15 years.

I understand that there are specific situations that they need me to refer to specific doctors too. Overall! Above and beyond care and service! I want to thank Chris for being so nice and careful, Dr. Shivi Gupta to address my dental issue and trusted doctors referrals ! of course Ms. Blythe for a very great overall service, she nailed it from booking the schedules for my upcoming appoinments and for my daughter too. They work fast and efficient! It is highly recommended. I like the rockstar office theme too! 😊

Dr Hatch and all staff members I met today were awesome!!! Dr Hatch is very knowledgeable l. I am seeking his help for poor dental work I’ve received in the last year. Everyone was kind, considerate and listened to what I shared. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for.

Brook was fantastic 👏 and very gentle.Dr. Suchit was very informative and explained everything in detail.

Great staff and departments all around, from reception, techs, dentists, and consults, etc.Have had 0 issues over the last few years of service. Clearly has patient’s best interest as priority one, no pushing for extra work to be done, proactively working within insurance circumstances.Overall, fair, honest, and friendly.
